This example demonstrates the generation of wave forms, involving core concepts of trigonometric functions. By adjusting parameters, one can observe changes in the wave form. The construction uses function objects in GeoGebra. Suitable for high school mathematics education, particularly in teaching trigonometric functions and function graphs.
GeoGebra Commands & Parameters
a(x, y) = ((2 * cos(x^(2) + y^(2)))) / (x^(2) + y^(2) + 1)
