Lottery Draw Probability Model with Binomial Distribution

This GeoGebra example demonstrates how a lottery-like random draw can be modeled as a probability experiment and how the distribution of “hits” changes with parameters using visual constructions. The key concepts include the binomial distribution (the probability of obtaining a given number of successes in a fixed number of trials) and parameterized probability visualization. Construction highlights: Sequence is used to generate the underlying sample/number structure; Unique and KeepIf filter and remove duplicates to form the candidate set; Max and Min determine bounds/ranges, while Point and Circle create and arrange geometric reference elements. Binomial is then used to compute the success probabilities, which are displayed and linked to interactive controls (e.g., buttons/text objects for presentation and parameter updates). Suitable for upper secondary and introductory college probability & statistics, especially for interactive teaching of how binomial distributions arise from repeated random trials.
