This applet helps students visualize all triangle congruency postulates except those involving right triangles. It demonstrates the five criteria for triangle congruence: SSS, SAS, ASA, AAS, and SSA. The core math concepts include triangle congruency postulates, geometric constructions, angle and side relationships. It is constructed using GeoGebra commands and objects such as Segment, Angle, Circle, Point, Rotate, Line, Polygon, DynamicCoordinates, If, and Intersect. Suitable for high school mathematics students to learn and understand triangle congruency postulates, and also for geometric teaching demonstrations.

AI Drawing Prompt Reference

Draw a diagram demonstrating the five criteria for triangle congruence: SSS, SAS, ASA, AAS, and SSA. Show two triangles, one obtained by rotation and translation, and the other by constructing circles and finding intersections. Use line segments and angles to represent the sides and angles of the triangles, and circles and intersection points to assist in construction. The final diagram should clearly illustrate the relationships between triangles under different congruence conditions.
