① This example shows the geometric construction of the orthogonal projection of one vector onto another, visualizing how the projection segment is formed. ② Core mathematical concepts include vectors, projection, orthogonal lines, segments, and intersection of lines. ③ Construction highlights: create vectors u and v with Vector; build a line through a point and its perpendicular with Line and OrthogonalLine; find the foot of the perpendicular using Intersect; connect endpoints with Segment to obtain the projection segments proj_vu and proj_uv. ④ Suitable for high‑school vector lessons, introductory linear algebra courses, and geometric construction demonstrations, aiding learners in grasping the geometric meaning and steps of vector projection.
