This example demonstrates the normal distribution probability density function. The normal distribution is a fundamental concept in probability and statistics, describing the probability distribution of many random variables. Using GeoGebra commands such as Normal, Point, and Integral, the shape of the normal distribution curve and the effects of its parameters μ (mean) and σ (standard deviation) can be visually illustrated. Suitable for high school and above students studying probability and data analysis.

GeoGebra Commands & Parameters

  1. Normal(μ, σ, x, false) → f
  2. Point(xAxis) → R
  3. Point(xAxis) → L
  4. Integral(f, x(L), x(R)) → a
