This GeoGebra example demonstrates the intersection point of the three medians of a triangle, known as the centroid. The core mathematical concepts include the definition of a median, the centroid property (dividing each median in a 2:1 ratio), and geometric construction. Construction details: using GeoGebra commands such as Polygon to create triangle poly1, Point to mark vertices A, B, C, Line or Segment to draw sides, Intersect to find midpoints (e.g., D, E, F), then connecting each vertex to the opposite midpoint to form medians, and finally using Intersect to locate the common intersection point G. This is suitable for middle school geometry lessons to visualize the centroid and the concurrency of medians, as well as for high school coordinate geometry to verify centroid coordinates.
