CCSS Support Math I Unit 5
This example demonstrates how to use GeoGebra to calculate and display the ratio of fiction to non-fiction books. The core math concepts involved are fractions and ratio simplification. Key GeoGebra commands and objects used include SelectedIndex, Element, LaTeX, GCD; and FXX, indexfic, FXC, nonficbooks, Border, Gear, Book, Nexbl, prev, nexgr, pregr, Probar, Stepmax, Slider, P, Q, DatakitBG, Dataclose, WordstoknowBG, Wordsclose, Originalbutton, RandomButton, FXCV, FXXV, ficbooks, text11, text13, text16, text15, text14, text17_1, text18, text19, text19_1, text20, text20_1, text21, text21_1, totalbooks, xmin. It is suitable for middle school mathematics teaching, used to teach basic concepts of fractions and ratios.
