This example demonstrates the construction of a kite quadrilateral, a special type of quadrilateral where two pairs of adjacent sides are equal. Using GeoGebra commands such as Segment, Point, OrthogonalLine, Circle, and Intersect, the construction process is illustrated. Suitable for students at the junior high school level and above for geometric construction.

GeoGebra Commands & Parameters

  1. Segment(A, B) → f
  2. Point(f) → C
  3. OrthogonalLine(C, f) → g
  4. Point(g) → D
  5. Circle(C, D) → c
  6. Intersect(c, g) → E, F
  7. Segment(A, D) → h
  8. Segment(D, B) → i
  9. Segment(B, F) → j
  10. Segment(F, A) → k
  11. Angle(D, A, F) → α
  12. Angle(A, F, B) → β
  13. Angle(A, D, B) → γ
  14. Angle(D, B, F) → δ
  15. Segment(A, B) → l
  16. Segment(D, F) → m
  17. Angle(m, l) → ε
