This is a dynamic kite quadrilateral. A kite is a special type of quadrilateral where two pairs of adjacent sides are equal. By constructing, we can observe the properties of the kite, such as the perpendicular diagonals. This example uses commands like Segment, LineBisector, Point, and Polygon in GeoGebra. Suitable for middle school and above students to learn about the properties of quadrilaterals and geometric construction.

GeoGebra Commands & Parameters

  1. Segment(A, B) → a
  2. LineBisector(A, B) → b
  3. Point(b) → C
  4. Point(b) → D
  5. Polygon(A, C, B, D) → poly1, a_1, c, b_1, d
