By cutting a circle into sectors and rearranging them to form a figure close to a parallelogram, this example explores the formula for the area of a circle. It involves basic properties of circles and geometric construction. Commands used include Sector, Arc, Circle, Rotate, etc. Suitable for middle school and above students to learn the method of calculating the area of a circle.
