This example demonstrates the construction of a kite, a special type of quadrilateral where two pairs of adjacent sides are equal. Using GeoGebra commands such as Circle, Line, Intersect, Segment, and Polygon, the properties of the kite are visually illustrated. Suitable for students at the junior high school level and above to learn geometric construction and properties of quadrilaterals.
GeoGebra Commands & Parameters
Circle(A, 4) → cCircle(B, 4) → dLine(A, B) → aIntersect(c, d, 2) → CIntersect(c, d, 1) → DIntersect(d, a, 2) → ESegment(A, C) → bSegment(A, D) → eSegment(D, E) → fSegment(C, E) → gPolygon(A, D, E, C) → poly1, a_1, d_1, e_1, c_1
